Welcome

Hi my name is Latonia Austin and Welcome to my blog page.

I am constantly trying new relaxation exercises like going for walks, having quiet time without the TV or being on the internet. But the truth of all of this is there are many occasions when I do not have time to stop and smell the roses. I hope the Creating Wellness class will help me to carve out some time to stop and reflective think about things.

  1. Hello LaTonia I enjoyed reading your post. I have started finding ways to include exercises at least 3 times per week. I have a new dog so I started taking him for a walk. I am also watching what I drink and eat to improve my health.
